VATSAL Wet Mix Macadam Plant is a type of construction equipment used for preparing homogeneous mixtures of aggregates, water, and other additives to create Wet Mix Macadam Plant, which is a base course material for road construction. It is also known as a WMM plant or Wet Mix Plant.

The primary purpose of a Wet Mix Macadam Plant is to produce a stable and durable base layer for roads that can withstand heavy traffic loads and adverse weather conditions. The wet mix macadam mixture provides better resistance against water infiltration and prevents the penetration of water into the road subgrade, which helps in maintaining the structural integrity of the in road over time.

Pug mill Mixing Unit

A heavy-duty low speed Pug mill type Mixer with steel casting wear resistant paddles, replaceable and adjustable Tips and replaceable Liner Plates

The twin shaft VATSAL pug mill design provides fast, continuous and homogeneous mixing of aggregates and additives. The shafts are mounted on extra heavy duty anti-friction bearings for smooth function and extended life. VATSAL pug mill unit is lined on the inside with 10 mm replaceable tiles. These liners are for inner shell & side plate, as a result of this minimum wearing occurs resulting in longer life of the pug mill. Our pug mill is designed to take in continuous operation without affecting the quality of mix.

Four Bin Feeder

The bins, produced at VATSAL Engineers Works, are all-welded and modular in construction. This enables the builder to four bin feeders for cold aggregate with independent A.C motor variable speed synchronized drive under each bin and gathering conveyor along with no flow indicator The bins provided along with flexible calibrated gate openings and variable speed feeder drives work in combination to provide complete proportional control, higher flexibility.

Electrical Control Panel

Fully computerized control cabin, of Wet Mix Macadam Plant, centralized. insulated control cabin with Control panel, distribution switch board, fully automatic process and sequence controls are a standard on our VFD series plants. A user-friendly software gives you total reliability and ensures top notch performance.
